Here are your next steps and links to all required applications and training!
STEP ONE: MINISTRY LEADER APPLICATION
- Click the link below
- Choose a location
- Fill out the Ministry Leader Application (MLA)


STEP TWO: INTERVIEW
- After completing the MLA, a local FCA staff member will reach out for a brief interest and get-to-know-you interview.
- They will ask you about your MLA and connect with you about your volunteer area of interest.
STEP THREE: ONLINE TRAININGS
- Create an Account for FCA University
- Complete Two 30 Minute Trainings
- E3 Strategy Training
- Youth Protection Policy
- Mandatory Reporter Training
- All California volunteers working with youth MUST complete this training.
- Reach out to your local FCA staff after completion.



STEP FOUR: SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
